I decided to patronize this establishment on Juneteenth and was extremely disappointed by my experience. From the moment I sat down at the bar, one of the bartenders was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She repeatedly walked past me without acknowledging my presence or offering assistance with my order. As a paying customer, I found this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable. Fortunately, another bartender stepped in and provided excellent service. She was kind, professional, and attentive, and I appreciate her willingness to assist despite the conduct of her colleague. What was equally disappointing was the apparent indifference from management regarding the situation. Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and welcoming to everyone. No guest should feel ignored or treated differently when patronizing a business. Experiences like this reflect poorly on an establishment and diminish what should have been an enjoyable visit. Is this how you all treat your veterans? I’ll make sure to choose another establishment to enjoy next time. I do NOT recommend this business.

Great spot to watch a game or catch up with friends over a drink. Food is good and love the fresh cut french fries. My favorite part is when my favorite bartender, Maliyah, is working. She’s the best! Attentive and friendly, I always leave wanting to return because the service is so great. Next time you’re in the area be sure to sit at the bar and ask for Maliyah you won’t regret it. You’ll leave there with a new best friend.

I had a great experience and wanted to recognize the excellent service Sam provided. Sam was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. She made sure our drinks stayed filled, checked on us at the right times, and was knowledgeable about the menu. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Outstanding customer service like this makes a big difference, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into making our visit enjoyable. I would definitely return and hope to be served by Sam again.

Omg I dropped by to see my old friend DJ Smackola and winded up going 2 nights in a row. The bar staff was amazing despite the crowd and the drinks and food were good. Waitress didn't really come serve our table and seemed not really fast but the bar staff more than made up for the service. I dont even know how they kept up. And I was surprised my drink tab wasn't over $100 for 2 people and about 4 hours of hanging out. And if you've never been check out Smackola on Thursdays and Fridays. He keeps the crowd moving and has nonstop amazing energy. I already knew he was good but he brings the magic in this place. No wonder there's no cover. He packs it in. And I dont mean its annoying packed. Its FULL of people all having a good vibe to his music. Amazing. Im from out of town but ill be coming back monthly and will probably become a regular. Stopped by for a late lunch on a Saturday. The place was empty but for about handful of people. That wasn’t a good sign but I stayed. Food: I ordered a drink and the waitress came back with it lightning fast. For food, I ordered the lemon pepper dry rub chicken wings and a basket of Cajun fries. It took about 20 mins for food to arrive. The wings were incredibly dry. It was more like lemon pepper crackers than chicken. I ate two and attempted a third wing but couldn’t stomach any more of the sandpaper texture. The fries were cooked correctly and tasted great. Service: the waitress was super nice and friendly but she didn’t come out to my table to check if I needed anything else. She did ask how the food was and I told her. She said sorry and asked if I wanted anything else. Atmosphere: It was dead inside. It was dead outside. For some reason they had the patio heaters on full blast while the temperature outside at the time was about 85F. I don’t think I’d come back here for food.
